The battery cell sorter is a test sorting equipment for the internal resistance and voltage of cylindrical battery cells. The machine has 6 channels (5 OK Channels + 1NG Channel) and can set the voltage and internal resistance value on the operating interface. It is equipped with a high-precision voltage and internal resistance testing system, which will accurately sort into the corresponding channels according to the internal resistance and voltage value, set by the battery.

The equipment can realize the whole box feeding, continuous automatic sorting system, manual receiving, and really realize the automatic sorting of the battery cell.

The 18650 battery cell 6-channels sorting machine is suitable for 18650 battery cell voltage and internal resistance sorting tests. These battery cells have been divided into capacitors in battery cell factories.
