The 18650 battery automatic sorting machine is suitable for voltage and internal resistance sorting test, the battery cells have been divided into capacitors in the battery cell factory. The electrical control part of the sorting system adopts modular design, which is highly integrated, universal and easy to maintain; the actuator adopts stepping motor control, which is highly accurate and reliable.

The tester equipment has 11 channels for receiving, which can set the voltage and internal resistance value according to the need, with high sorting efficiency. The equipment adopts hopper type loading, the cylinder automatically discharges the battery cells and the personnel manually receive the battery cells. The sorting of 18650 battery cells is truly automated.
