The automatic battery cell sorting machine is professional designed for the sorting test of 18650 cylindrical lithium battery cells which have completed the capacity sorting before out of factory. With the modular design (electric control), servo motor control (actuator) and standard control components (electric circuit), the sorting machine can execute the sorting test based on the voltage and internal resistance tests before assembly.
The battery sorter machine has 8 channels for OK battery cells and 1 for NG battery cells, which greatly promote the sorting efficiency and ensure the normalization of cells sorting. While operating, the cells will be loaded and stored away by hands, which realizes the sorting automation. Furthermore, with optional barcode scanning system and sophisticated functions of test data record, query and uploading, this machine ensures the traceability and control of cells sorting.
Features:
1. High precision and consistency
The automatic battery cell sorting machine adopts HIOKI 3561 battery tester to execute voltage and resistance measurement by four-wire-system method, which is high in precision and consistency.
The repeated test error of voltage is within ±0.3mV and that of internal resistance is within ±0.3 mΩ. The resolution of voltage is as low as 0.1mV and that of internal resistance is as low as 0.1 mΩ.
There are 8 channels for OK battery cells and 1 for NG battery cells.
2. High control precision and good reliability
The automatic battery cell sorting machine actuator adopts servo motor control, which is accurate and stable; the electric control part of the device adopts module design, which is high in integration level, good in versatility and high in reliability.
3. High productivity
The test system integrates the processes of battery cell loading, voltage test, internal resistance test, distribution and cell receiving. While operating, different battery cells can be tested simultaneously respectively for the 5 processes, which greatly save the time.
The 8 OK-cell channels can support up to 8 groups of voltages and internal resistances, which notably improves the sorting efficiency of battery cells. By this way, the sorting machine can sort 5000 cells per hour.
4. Selectable sorting modes
The test system supports dynamic and manual sorting modes, which can be selected by users according to the different battery pack assembly.
5. Battery Cell barcode scanning
The battery cell barcode can be scanned instantly with success rate over 99%.
Note: under dynamic sorting mode, the two batches of battery cells taken out from the same cell receiving chute will be cells of different specifications.
6. Test data
The test data cover test time, battery cell barcode (Cell barcode scanning module should be equipped.), battery cell voltage value, internal resistance value, battery cell receiving chute and can be uploaded to the server for better management and control.
7. Cell-receiving mode
The battery cells can be received manually in corresponding cell box according to different specifications.
