More importantly, the internal resistance and voltage values of the battery cells need to be tested and sorted, because only battery cells with highly consistent performance can produce higher quality battery packs.

5. The battery sticker and sorter can be customized with a coding and sweeping function to record the test data of each individual battery cell.

The automatic battery insulation paper sticking machine is connected to a 12-channels automatic battery sorter machine, which is suitable for high-precision sorting of electric cores, with highly consistent performance within the same channel. 18650/21700/26650 or 32650 battery cells are available on request.
