In order to ensure the quality of the finished battery pack, the battery cells need to be insulated with paper stickers and sorted before the pack is assembled. At present, many battery pack assembly plants are two machines run separately, after the completion of the insulation sticker process requires manual collection of cells, and then sorting, so that the production efficiency is low and labor costs are high.

This machine is perfect for battery pack assembly plants because it combines the insulation barley paper sticking process and the sorting process into one, and the labeling process is automatically sorted after completion.
