The battery capacity and DCIR sorting system is a professional and reliable battery testing system, which can freely set the charge and discharge steps. The charging modes include Constant Current Charge, Constant Voltage Charge, Constant Power Charge, Rate Charge, and the discharge modes include Constant Current Discharge, Constant Voltage Discharge, Rate Discharge. The test and sorting of battery capacity and DCIR are realized through charging and discharging cycles, and it has the characteristics of high precision and intelligent control.
Features:
1. Support remote control via LAN or Internet.
2. Powerful data and graphics processing functions.
3. Each channel is independent and can be programmed and controlled independently.
4. Use the test programming (or work step editing) interface in a full-screen table format, which is simple and easy to use.
5. The battery test clamp has 4 electrodes: 2 output electrodes are used to provide test battery current, and the other 2 measurement electrodes are used to measure battery voltage.
6. Support reference electrode test (three electrode test).
7. In the battery test process, any time the power supply system is out of power, the battery cycler test system can ensure that the test data is not lost. After re-powering, the battery test system has self-recovery function, which can be seamlessly connected from the place where the last power is off and continue the test process.
Scope of application:
This battery capacity and DCIR sorting system is suitable for the test and sort of cylindrical battery cells, pouch battery cells, prismatic battery cells and super capacitors.
