Product description:
The battery pack PCM tester is an integrated test system with a total of 20 channels and supports independent testing of each channel. It is suitable for testing the basic and protection characteristics of the PCM/PCBA of the mobile phone lithium battery pack production line.
Features:
1. The chassis structure adopts a standard chassis design, and the internal design adopts a modular board design.
2. Each test channel adopts an independent board module, which is convenient for upgrade or maintenance and replacement.
3. It adopts computer control and display, and adopts new multi-machine communication technology.
4. Using high-precision analog sampling and digital synthesis chip, the test speed is fast, the accuracy is high, and the data is stable.
5. All channels are completely independently designed and electrically isolated from each other to avoid mutual interference to the greatest extent. The test data results are accurate and stable. Any channel failure will not affect the normal operation of other channels.
6. All test functions can be flexibly controlled by the computer, and the test results are stored in the computer database for easy tracking and query at any time.
7. The test time information of each test can generate a two-dimensional code label, and print out the passed or bad information, which is convenient for users to mark defective products.
8. Straight-in automatic testing machine, it is convenient to install various test needle bed test fixtures, supports single-piece combined tray, and supports the method of testing needles on the top and bottom of the tested protection board.
Scope of application:
The mobile phone PCM tester supports functional testing of lithium battery protection boards protected by single-string negative MOSFETs, such as PCM, PCBA and PCM&FPC& test connector.
