Product description:
The battery laser welding system is suitable for 18650 battery pack/module welding. It is mainly composed of a laser welding machine and a workbench system.
Features:
1. The battery laser welding machine adopts energy negative feedback system to ensure the consistency of welding effect.
2. The welding effect is good, the surface finish is good by visual inspection, and it is smooth without pits.
3. Equipped with CCD post-welding inspection to further ensure the welding effect.
4. The battery pack/module to be welded is positioned with a fixture and is pressed twice to avoid product deformation due to manual operation.
5. Double-station feeding is adopted for higher production efficiency.
