The battery charge discharge system is a battery life cycle testing equipment integrating the charge-discharge cycles tests, battery pack functional tests and charge-discharge data monitoring.
This battery test system is mainly applied to the high-power battery packs, such as the battery packs of electric vehicles, electric bicycles, power tools, gardening tools and medical equipment etc.
The system can offer excellent accuracy and flexibility and all the discharged energy can return to the power grid. The charge and discharge voltages of the test system are up to 100V, the charge current up to 60A and the discharge current up to 60A.
Features:
1.Accesses allocation:
This the user access can be set on this equipment, which can assign different accesses to different users.
2. Single-point independence:
Each channel has independent and programmable constant-current source and constant-voltage source; independently set the step operation and add the professional step setting schemes; the charge interface and discharge interface are separated; each channel can execute independent programming; the parameters, such as voltage, current and time etc, can be modified flexibly.
3.Resuming from the break point:
Under the abnormal conditions, such as the channel stops caused by sudden power cut, communication outage or other abnormal reasons, after recovering the conditions, the step will automatically resume from the break point. After recovery, the user can decide whether to continue or stop the test;
4.Communication modes:
The interfaces of the equipment and the upper computer adopt the Ethernet interfaces, which can ensure the stability and instantaneity of remote data acquisition.
5. Log tracing:
It has journal function, which can execute cycling test on various batteries and cells. It can comprehensively record the real-time system operation data and test results, including the operating and exception records in the whole testing process, as well as trace the testing process.
6.Exception capture:
It can precisely capture the changes of voltage and current. For example, when the changes of current and voltage exceed a certain range, the equipment will automatically stop the running of the channels, generate the alarms and give the warning message according to the protection conditions.
7. Protection function:
Global protection parameters (including output short-circuit protection function, battery polarity reverse protection, voltage lower limit, voltage higher limit, current upper limit protection, over-temperature protection). When the protections reach to the set parameters, the equipment will stop the channel running automatically and raise the alarm. At the same time, record the event and prompt accordingly.
8. Data process and human-computer interface:
The data can be exported in the form of EXCEL and the following items can be exported: test scheme, curve, cyclic list, process list, detailed data list, integrated data and the field of every item. The graphic curves of voltage, current, temperature and capacity can be exported by single curves and viewed simultaneously. The two arbitrary cyclic curves in a single channel can be compared.
9.Charge modes: CC, CV, CC-CV modes.
Charge cut-off conditions: voltage, current, time and capacity.
Discharge mode: constant current, constant power.
Discharge cut-off conditions: voltage, current, time and capacity.
The working modes (CC-CV, CC charge; CC discharge, rest, jump), parameter settings (such as charge-discharge current, voltage or resting time etc) and limiting conditions (time, voltage, capacity limits etc) can be arranged and combined according to the test requirements.
10.Step settings:
Steps of a cycle: 9999 steps;
Cycle index of a single channel: 3000 times;
Other settings: rest, goto, cycle and loop nesting etc.
11.LED status display:
Each channel has its corresponding LED light to display the current test status: charging, discharging, end of test.
